Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
No complaints! Maybe the rooms were a little bit noisy, but not in the way it troubles your sleep.

Excellent airport pick-up service with friendly and knowledgable driver. Good location: felt safe.
Rooms are very small. Perfectly fine for overnight but would be cramped for a longer stay if you wanted to spend time in your room. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

This was only an overnight stop in Lima before heading to Cusco and Machu Picchu. The hotel was just okay. The staff was friendly and I had pre-arranged airport pick up and return the next morning. While convenient it was overpriced in comparison to a taxi for the same distance.
The bed was hard and two matresses pushed together to form a larger bed. The private bath was tiny and very little hot water. The advertised continental breakfast was weak coffee and a packaged hard cookie.

This is a new hotel..converted from a house in a quiet residential district that is just a couple of blocks from major shopping areas, a park, bus lines, etc. I was amazed at how quiet it is compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Lima. I had a Superior room which had a large window facing the street over the courtyard. I believe the non-superior rooms have small or maybe no windows, so paying the extra money for the superior room is worth it. The breakfast was good; the wi-fi internet worked great, and there is a computer in the lobby for checking email, too. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to those who want a quiet, clean, room at a good value.
The bathroom was small and without shelves to store toiletries..I Had to line mine up on the floor under the sink. There were no towel racks. And the bathroom vent fan did not work independently of the light and was noisy and distracting.

It is a nice and new hotel located in the heart of Milaflores. Safe area. Nice rooms. Perfect breakfasts. Hot water )is is not common for Peru). Good Wi-Fi. Accept cards (+5%, but it is not common for budget hotels in Peru). Great price.

My female friend and I stayed in this pretty B&B and shared a double bedroom with private bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and of good quality. The staff was very nice and helpful, the place was secure and perfect for excursions to Miraflores or central Lima. Great WI-FI and also a stand-alone computer was available, Overall, a good experience.
Our room was small and had no windows (we booked the last room :-(), and was next to the reception/breakfast room, so in the morning we had to endure quite some noise.

The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Cecilia, the owner, is a lovely lady and very hospitable. Bruno,at Reception, is multi-lingual and speaks great English and also very helpful with advice and suggestion. Also great breakfast.
The room was a bit compact but it had everything. We even got a fan straight away when we commented that it was rather hot on the ground floor. As stated above, the owner tried to make our stay comfortable.

In fact, it`s a perfect choice not only for budget travelers, but also for those who looks for comfort and good service with a good price. The location is also very good: it is close to the most important points in Miraflores and the street where the hotel is located is not noisy.
Sometimes hot water is not promptly available. It is necessary to wait a little time to get it.

Good and free internet connection.
very small single room, just 6m² - for that sice is 40$ per night to much. Breakfast could be better.

The location is great, a couple of minutes walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars. It was a big room, clean and nice. Staff friendly that prepared us the breakfast early in the morning.
